All information is collected lawfully and we do not supply your contact data to any third parties.

Your credit card data is collected purely to process your order and the data is not held any longer than is necessary to complete the transaction.

We may contact you from time to time using the contact information given, either in connection with your order or to let you know of our latest offers and promotions. We will give you the option not to receive any marketing correspondence.

Returns and Refunds Procedure

7 Day refund Policy - Refunds can only be made if the goods are returned unopened in an as new condition within the 7 day period. Carriage costs involved in the return of goods are not covered by Minerva Electronics. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt so we advise you use a traceable delivery method. We are unable to accept the return of unwanted items that have been opened, used, or exceed the 7 day time limit. Refunds will made within 30 days.

Ordering Process

Orders can be placed via our secure online ordering system and payment must be made by any of the payment methods listed on the payment page.

Orders can also be placed by post if accompanied by a cheque to the correct value including delivery made payable to "Minerva Electronics". Delivery will be made once the cheque is processed and we have received cleared funds and you should allow 10 - 14 working days for this process.

Orders can not be placed over the telephone, however if you need assistance with the ordering process you can call us on 01543 417143 between the hours of 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

We can only accept orders for dispatch to locations in the UK & the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery Methods

Depending on the goods, the value and the quantity, the delivery method will vary.

Orders will be sent out either via the Royal Mail on a recorded delivery or via a secure courier.
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery

The cost of delivery depends on the total weight and the delivery charge is shown clearly within the Shopping basket.

For volume purchases please contact us for a delivery quotation.

A VAT invoice will accompany your delivery.

Warranty
